Walgreens Boots Alliance named Lanesha Minnix the company’s executive vice president and global chief legal officer. Minnix, most recently EVP, general counsel and corporate secretary for Ecolab, Inc., will assume her new role with WBA on April 15. Minnix, who will report to WBA CEO Tim Wentworth and serve on his Executive Committee, will oversee the company’s global legal, compliance, corporate governance and corporate security functions.
