Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. has announced the promotion of Manmohan Mahajan to Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2024, with an annual base salary of $900,000 and substantial bonus and incentive plans. Additionally, Todd Heckman has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, with his own set of financial compensations. Meanwhile, the company is preparing for the retirement of John Driscoll, Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Healthcare, and plans to retain his expertise through a consulting agreement post-retirement. Both Mahajan and Heckman have no familial ties to other executives within the company and are compliant with all regulatory disclosures.
