Waldencast announced that by decision dated February 22, 2024, a Nasdaq Hearings Panel granted Waldencast’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market subject to Waldencast filing the interim financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023 with the Securities and Exchange Commission by April 1, 2024, and Waldencast’s continued compliance with all other applicable criteria for continued listing on Nasdaq. Waldencast is diligently working to evidence compliance with the terms of the Panel’s decision as soon as practicable and in any event by no later than April 1, 2024.
