Siemens (SIEGY), Fortress Investment Group and Wabtec (WAB) are among bidders in the final stage of the auction for Alstom’s (ALSMY) U.S. rail-signaling business, which is being valued at about $600M, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Pamela Barbaglia, Albertina Torsoli and Francois de Beaupuy.
