Vivendi has entered exclusive talks to sell its publishing house Editis to Czech Media Invest, The Financial Times’ Adrienne Klasa reports. The sale of Editis is seen as a prerequisite to get EU regulators’ green light for Vivendi’s takeover of publishing and retail group Lagardere, the report notes. A price has not been disclosed, but Vivendi last week wrote down the value of Editis by EUR300M-EUR529M, Klasa writes. Reference Link
