Morgan Stanley analyst James Faucette lowered the firm’s price target on Visa (V) to $398 from $402 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm is “encouraged” by positive U.S. spend trends and healthy cross-border volumes and adds that an FY26 outlook in-line with consensus is consistent with the historical guidance framework, which Visa “tends to outperform.”
