VICI Properties price target lowered to $33 from $34 at Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo lowered the firm’s price target on VICI Properties to $33 from $34 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm says the company’s Q4 results were “incrementally positive” as it engaged in meaningful investment activity. Wells continues to favor VICI’s growth potential.
