Viavi price target raised to $14 from $12 at Susquehanna

Susquehanna analyst Mehdi Hosseini raised the firm’s price target on Viavi to $14 from $12 and keeps a Positive rating on the shares. The firm noted they announced they are acquiring Spirent Communication. Susquehanna believes it strengthens their Ethernet business offering by expanding its existing business but notes the acquisition is EPS dilutive for the first two years with additional sales synergies to be derived from the complementary nature of Spirent’s portfolio.
