KeyBanc lowered the firm’s price target on Udemy to $14 from $15 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Udemy posted better Q1 results on Consumer strength, and modestly raised raising its full-year outlook for that segment, but reduced its Enterprise growth outlook to 19%, as that unit goes through a leadership change and addresses some ongoing GTM execution challenges, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm remains positive on Udemy’s long-term opportunity in Enterprise and its increasing focus on profitability.
