UAW now seeks 25% pay increase from Detroit 3, Bloomberg says

Stellantis (STLA) is raising its wage hike offer to 23% for members of the United Auto Workers union, matching General Motors (GM) and Ford Motor (F), though the offer may not be enough to satisfy the UAW, which is now asking for a 25% increase, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Gabrielle Coppola, Keith Naughton and David Welch. Negotiations are accelerating ahead of a livestream address that union President Shawn Fain is scheduled to give at 4 p.m. ET, the report noted.
