Twilio announced that on November 3, Elena Donio informed the company of her intention to resign as President, Twilio Data & Applications, effective December 15. Donio will remain with Twilio as an employee in an advisory role during a transition period expected to conclude in Q1 of 2024. Upon the effectiveness of Donio’s resignation, Jeff Lawson, Twilio’s Chief Executive Officer, will run the Twilio Data & Applications business unit until Donio’s replacement is appointed.
