TuSimple announced that on Aug. 17, 2023, TuSimple Holdings Inc. received a notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC indicating that, as a result of the company not having timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2023, the company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The Notice indicated that the company should present its views with respect to this additional deficiency to the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which the company intends to do.
