Truist Financial’s sale of the remaining 80% of its Truist Insurance Holdings unit is imminent, with investors expected to include Stone Point Capital and Clayton Dubilier & Rice, The Insurer reports. Multiple sources have said the negotiations have progressed materially between the selling parent bank Truist at an overall valuation of $14B-$15B, the website adds.
