Piper Sandler raised the firm’s price target on Truist Financial to $38 from $37 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. While there was some “noise” in Q4, core pre-provision net revenue beat the firm’s expectations by 3c per share, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The full year guidance also suggests a better 2024 EPS than the firm contemplated previously, Piper adds.
