Tritax Big Box REIT upgraded to Overweight from Underweight at Barclays

Barclays analyst Paul May double upgraded Tritax Big Box REIT to Overweight from Underweight with a price target of 165 GBp, up from 150 GBp. The company screens relatively well on income returns in the industrial subsector, and this will be the main driver of returns in the near term, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
