Transocean announces cash tender offers

Transocean announced that Transocean has commenced an offer to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding 11.50% Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2027 and 7.25% Senior Notes due 2025, in each case, from holders thereof. The Offers are being made pursuant to an Offer to Purchase, dated April 11, 2024. The Offer for the Notes will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 17, 2024 unless extended or unless earlier terminated. To be eligible to receive the applicable Total Consideration payable for the Notes, Holders must validly tender Notes on or prior to the Expiration Date or deliver a properly completed and duly executed notice of guaranteed delivery on or prior to the Expiration Date. Tendered Notes may be withdrawn on or prior to, but not after, 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on April 17, 2024. The Offers are subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions, including the Financing Condition
