TransAct Technologies announced that, on April 4 , its Board of Directors appointed John M. Dillon, a member of the Board, as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Dillon succeeds Bart C. Shuldman, who resigned as CEO and as a director of the Company. Shuldman served as TransAct’s CEO since 1996. His steadfast leadership helped the Company successfully emerge from the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, and he has been integral in developing the Company’s strategic direction.
