Piper Sandler lowered the firm’s price target on Trade Desk to $80 from $100 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Trade Desk provided fourth quarter revenue and EBITDA guidance well below expectations despite a “solid” Q3, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm is surprised by the weak guidance, but says it appears transitory.
