Goldman Sachs analyst Michele Della Vigna downgraded TotalEnergies to Neutral from Buy with a price target of EUR 73, down from EUR 75. The shares trade at a premium valuation following the recent outperformance and the company is also impacted by negative momentum in gas, Della Vigna tells investors in a research note. The analyst says TotalEnergies has one of the most material exposures to European gas production among the European big oils.
