Thorne HealthTech, a provider of at-home health tests and nutritional supplements, is working with investment bank CG Sawaya Partners to explore a sale amid interest from other companies and private equity firms, people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ Abigail Summerville. The sources said that no deal is certain and a Thorne spokesperson said the company does not comment on rumors or speculation, Reuters noted.
