A group of Tesla shareholders are calling for investors to vote against CEO Elon Musk’s $46B pay package, Ben Glickman of The Wall Street Journal reports. The group wrote to other Tesla holders urging them to reject the pay package and re-elect two company board members, arguing the board was too close to Musk and failed to properly evaluate the compensation package. Shareholders are set to vote on the pay package on June 13.
