BofA analyst John Murphy raised the firm’s price target on Tesla to $155 from $130 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares post the Q4 results. The sales beat relative to estimates was driven by a lower than modeled tax rate and a meaningful contribution from interest income, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm adjusted multiples for the shares given peer and market valuations. It believes Tesla shares are fairly priced.
