Guggenheim analyst Howard Ma initiated coverage of Teradata with a Neutral rating and no price target. The shares are priced as if the business will decline 10% annually in perpetuity, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, the firm believes that given the Russia and macro impacts, the company’s 2025 targets "need to come way down." The analyst does "not want to be in front of this uncertainty even with very limited downside risk."
