BofA raised the firm’s price target on Tempur Sealy to $57.50 from $48 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following its proposed acquisition of Mattress Firm. BofA expects the combined entity to generate $3.72 and $4.30 of EPS in 2025 and 2026, respectively, assuming the deal closes at the end of 2024, which it notes are forecasts that are 22% and 26%, respectively, above Street estimates.
