Tellurian exploring possible sale with help of adviser, Bloomberg reports

Tellurian (TELL), which is seeking to export natural gas, but has struggled to bring its proposed Louisiana gas-export facility to fruition, has hired Lazard (LAZ) to explore a potential sale of the company, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Ruth Liao, Kevin Crowley and Ari Natter. Tellurian may attract heightened interest because it already has needed government approvals for its Driftwood LNG project, the report stated.
