TAL Education upgraded to Buy from Sell at Citi

Citi upgraded TAL Education to Buy from Sell with a price target of $21.30, up from $2.90. The firm raised estimates and now forecasts strong revenue and earnings growth for FY25-FY27 as it views offline expansion and learning devices as “twin engines of growth.”
