In a regulatory filing, Sweetgreen (SG) disclosed that on April 16, the company and Rossann Williams, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, mutually agreed that Ms. Williams would leave her employment with the company, effective immediately. Ms. Williams transitioned into a consulting role with the company as of that date, and will continue to advise the company through June 1, the filing noted.
