S&W Seed names Vanessa Baughman as full-time CFO

The company’s board of directors appointed Vanessa Baughman as the company’s full-time CFO, effective February 12. Baughman has been serving as the company’s Interim CFO and corporate Secretary since May 2023. Prior to joining S&W, Baughman served as CFO and Vice President of Finance of AgReliant Genetics, the third largest North American seed corn company, headquartered in Westfield, Indiana, from January 2019 to March 2023.
