Supreme Court upholds prior ruling, says Coinbase arguments ‘unpersuasive’

In a dispute that involves a conflict between two contracts executed by petitioner Coinbase, operator of a cryptocurrency exchange platform, and respondents, who use Coinbase, the Supreme Court upheld a prior ruling, stating that “Coinbase asks the Court to revisit the Ninth Circuit’s bottom-line conclusion below, but its arguments are unpersuasive.”
