Supermicro didn’t provide positive preannouncement, says Wells Fargo

Supermicro announced its Q3 earnings release date will be April 30 and did not provide a positive preannouncement, which is being viewed as a negative, Wells Fargo tells investors in a research note. Supermicro has preannounced its revenue range in seven out of the past eight quarters, the firm notes. Wells made no change to its Equal Weight rating or $960 price target.
