Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Sun Country Airlines to $18 from $17 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares ahead of the Q4 report. Domestic U.S. capacity growth this year appears less than 2023, but still elevated at expected mid-single-digit levels, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm sees Delta and United guiding to relatively strong outcomes in 2024 but expects continued earnings challenges for low cost and low fare airlines such as Southwest and Frontier.
