Stratasys (SSYS) confirmed that it has received a preliminary proposal from Nano Dimension (NNDM) to purchase all the outstanding shares of Stratasys it does not currently own for $16.50 per share in cash. As previously announced on September 28, 2023, the Stratasys Board of Directors, in consultation with its independent financial and legal advisors, initiated a process to explore strategic alternatives for the Company. The Stratasys Board will carefully review and consider Nano’s unsolicited preliminary proposal as part of this process.
