Starbucks will go before the Supreme Court on Tuesday in a case against the National Labor Relations Board after the company fired seven employees who were trying unionize, but was forced to rehire them following a court order, the Associated Press’ Dee-Ann Durbin reports, citing the case. If the court backs Starbucks, it may make it tougher for the agency to step in when it claims corporate interference in unionization efforts.
