JPMorgan analyst John Ivankoe lowered the firm’s price target on Starbucks to $92 from $100 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The company’s fiscal Q2 results were a “genuine downside surprise” with U.S. comps of negative 3% versus slightly positive/slightly negative expectations and China posting comps of down 11%, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
