Stantec also announced the planned retirement of Theresa Jang, executive vice president and chief financial officer. The company has initiated a search to identify her successor and is considering both internal and external candidates. Jang will remain as chief financial officer until her successor is in place and has committed to remaining with the company for a period thereafter to ensure a smooth transition.
