Spotify Technology is planning a more expensive subscription option, dubbed “Supremium” internally, that’s expected to include high-fidelity audio, according to Bloomberg’s Ashley Carman, citing people familiar with the strategy. The plan is both an effort to drive more revenue and placate investors who’ve been saying the company should raise its prices, the report says.
