Spire Global disclosed last night that on August 21, it received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange that the company is not in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards due to its failure to timely file its quarterly report for the quarter ended June 30 with the SEC. Under the NYSE’s rules, the company can regain compliance with this NYSE listing standard by filing the Q2 report with the SEC before February 19, 2025.
