SpartanNash increases quarterly cash dividend 1.2% to 21.75c per share

SpartanNash approved a quarterly cash dividend of 21.75c per common share, representing a 1.2% increase from its FY23 quarterly cash dividend of 21.50c. The dividend will be paid on March 28 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 14. As of March 6, there were 34,469,289 common shares outstanding.
