The board of directors of Southside Bancshares approved a 2.9% increase to the regular quarterly cash dividend of 1c, to 36c per common share and declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 36c per common share. The cash dividend of 36c is scheduled for payment on February 29, to common stock shareholders of record on February 15.
