SolarWinds dismisses SEC charges it lacked adequate security controls, WSJ says

SolarWinds is denying charges that it did not have the proper cybersecurity controls in the build up to a major hack of its products in 2020, the Wall Street Journal’s James Rundle reports. The company also accused the SEC of misrepresenting facts in its complaint, the author notes.
