SolarWinds announced that its board of directors has declared a special cash dividend on the company’s common stock of $1.00 per share, payable on April 15 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 3. The aggregate payment will be approximately $168M, which represents our approximate free cash flow for fiscal year 2023.
