Smith-Midland Corporation announced that Stephanie Poe, the Company’s current Controller, has been promoted to the Company’s Chief Financial Officer effective January 1 . AJ Krick, who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2018, is leaving the Company to start his own CPA business, and will serve in a consulting capacity with the Company to help ensure a smooth transition.
