Roth MKM raised the firm’s price target on SiTime to $140 from $125 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported revenue and EPS ahead of consensus with better profitability from cost controls, the analyst tells investors in a research note. SiTime also guided seasonal Q1 revenue with lingering inventory digestion but indicated that second-half revenue should resume typical 30% y/y growth from strong design win ramp opportunity, the firm added.
