Silver Lake in talks with Mubadala for Endeavor bid, Bloomberg reports

Silver Lake is in talks to team up with Abu Dhabi wealth fund Mubadala Investment on a potential takeover bid for Endeavor Group Dinesh Nair and Giles Turner of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the matter. Mubadala – an existing investor in Endeavor – is in the early stages of deciding how much capital it would invest in the deal, sources told Bloomberg. Silver Lake said last week that it was considering a bid after Endeavor announced it is weighing strategic alternatives. Shares of Endeavor Group are up 2% to $23.30 following the report.
