Shopify app to integrate with ChatGPT, says RBC Capital

RBC Capital analyst Paul Treiber noted that Shopify’s CEO announced on the company’s live Shopify Editions AMA that the company has just updated its app to integrate with ChatGPT to allows users to ask ChatGPT questions and "act like a personal assistant." The integration of ChatGPT follows 100+ new product updates featured in Shopify Editions Winter ’23, said the analyst, who argues that Shopify’s rapid pace of innovation improves the user experience and strengthens Shopify’s competitive advantages. RBC has an Outperform rating and $65 price target on Shopify shares.
