Sharecare reschedules issuance of Q4, 2023 earnings

Sharecare announced that it has postponed the release of its financial results and conference call related to the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023, which had previously been scheduled for March 13, 2024. Sharecare expects to issue its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results after market close on Thursday, March 28, 2024, and hold its conference call on the same day at 4:30 p.m. EDT. In connection with this postponement, the Company will file a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to disclose that it will not be able to file its Form 10-K by its due date of March 15, 2024, but it is expected to do so within the 15-day extension period allowed by the Form. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company does not currently expect any changes to previously reported financials.
