Morgan Stanley analyst Craig Hettenbach lowered the firm’s price target on Sharecare to $2 from $2.50 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The company’s guidance was "well below the Street," but "seems to bake in conservative assumptions," said the firm, which lowered its own estimates following the company’s quarterly report.
