SenesTech entered into a distribution agreement with Q-chem, a pest control product supplier in The Netherlands. SenesTech has developed and is in the process of commercializing a proprietary technology for managing animal pest populations, primarily rat populations, through fertility control. The agreement with Q-chem includes initial orders and annual minimums and provides for Q-chem taking the lead on regulatory approvals.
