Semtech price target lowered to $28 from $33 at TD Cowen

TD Cowen analyst Matthew Ramsey lowered the firm’s price target on Semtech to $28 from $33 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The analyst said results were in line with previously lowered expectations, but also released a difficult first guide following the deal closure.
