The company started exploring a sale after attracting takeover interest last summer but put its plans on hold due to the conflict between Israel and Hamas, one of the sources said. Sapiens revived its efforts to sell itself a few weeks ago, and Blair is gauging interest from potential buyers that could include private equity firms, the sources told Reuters. Shares of Sapiens are up 6% to $33.22 following the report.
